What moves the price inside the range
Coat and colour move the number, and only within the band. Long-haired Miniatures, about 80% of what we place, sit slightly above smooth coats. Cream and golden, our most requested colours, sit near the top; black and tan and chocolate and tan usually land lower; a single dapple carries a modest, honest premium because the pattern is less common.
Now the premiums we refuse to charge. A double dapple is not a premium pattern, it is a health risk we will not sell at any price. "Teacup" and "kaninchen" size labels are marketing, not a size class worth paying extra for. And a "rare colour" markup on blue or isabella is charging you more for a coat that carries a known skin condition risk. If a price is high because the dog is unusual rather than healthy, walk.

Why the cheapest listing is the most expensive dog
Every few months someone shows us a $1,500 "Dachshund" from a chat group and asks why ours cost more. The answer: that dog crossed the Causeway in a boot, skipped every vaccination, and the seller will not exist next week. Parvovirus treatment runs $5,000 to $10,000 with no promise of survival, and NParks has fined a buyer $7,000 just for purchasing a smuggled dog.

Reserving and paying: how it works
See the puppies available right now, then WhatsApp us the card you like. Viewing happens at 2 Balestier Road; a deposit reserves your puppy and freezes the price; the balance is due at handover, around week 9, when we deliver and set up the playpen at your home.
Between deposit and homecoming, vaccinations continue on schedule at our cost, boarding is free for up to a month if your renovation or travel needs it, and the licence paperwork is completed before the puppy leaves us. The number you agreed on WhatsApp is the number, full stop.
